Andgar Mechanical, LLC has a full-time opening for a Commercial Service Technician Assistant to join our growing team. In this role, you will furnish tools, materials and supplies to HVAC Technicians; clean work areas, machines and tools and hold materials or tools as well as other duties under the supervision of HVAC Technicians to Andgar company policies and standards. Actual duties may include some or all duties listed below.

Education & Experience:
	- High School Diploma or GED, or formal technical school training in HAVC
 
	- Fall Protection Competent
 
	- Analytical, focused on quality, and results driven
 
	- Strong communication and customer service skills
 
	- Basic understanding of construction math
 
	- Able to earn EPA and NATE certifications
 
	- Possess current Driver’s License and acceptable driving record

	- Some experience with HVAC wiring diagrams and sheet metal design and fabrication
 
	- Help with the installation and repair of residential and commercial HVAC systems as directed
 
	- Maintain equipment, tools, and company vehicles in clean and good working condition
 
	- Prepare work sites as directed
 
	- Perform general labor tasks such as sweep, clean, delivery, load, and unload, etc.
 
	- Follow instructions from supervisor in timely manner
 
	- Report problems with company tools or vehicle promptly
 
	- Maintain professional appearance and attitude
 
	- Complete all service-related forms properly; use service invoicing system effectively
 
	- Comply with all applicable standards, policies, or procedures, such as safety procedures
 
	- Seeks assistance as needed and asks questions in a timely manner and to appropriate staff
 
	- Adheres to assigned work schedule (attendance and punctuality)
 
	- Responds to phone messages, emails, and service calls in a timely manner
 
	- Additional duties as assigned
 
Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:
	- Able to learn how each component within the HVAC system operates
 
	- Committed to development of customer service skills
 
	- Motivated, positive attitude towards work
 
	- Willingness to invest time in training seminars and classes
 
	- Excellent communication skills
 
	- Able to complete work from 28’ extension ladder and 12’ step ladder
 
	- Strong team player: ability to follow instructions as given
 
	- Consistently meets the overall goals of Service Department
 
	- CPR and First Aid training completion within 6 months of position
 
	- Aerial Work Platform and Forklift Training within 6 months of position
